Daycare Screenings

We are starting a program to provide screenings within the daycare setting in the Las Vegas area. A screening is provided to help determine eligibility for speech services in 10-15 minutes. Speech and language screeners are provided. My Therapy Home will supply the consent forms and communicate results with family. We will provide all materials needed for the screening as well. This is at no cost to the daycare facility. Speech pathologist will come to the facility during the day and see students on a 1:1 basis to provide the screener following the daycare facility protocols.

My Therapy Home does ask the daycare to send out the consent forms to families as well as collect a payment and signed consent forms to provide for the SLP.

Each screening is $10/child. This include time spent with the child and result review with family.
